Description: Building Heights Overlay(dataset 1 of 2, Polygons) - Version Caboolture West NDP1 Amendment Effective 26 October 2021 Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme - www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/mbrcplanningscheme/The Building Heights were assigned with rules using the Zone & Precinct. No Heights were applied to Extractive Industry Zone, Community Facilities Zone, and Environmental Management Zone.Further refinements to the initial rules include:Height exceptions near train stationsManual allocation of Heights in some Major CentresHeights from previous planning schemes applied in some parts of Bribie and RedcliffeSome lots were split with two Height limits, while remaining in same Zone & Precinct, eg.
