Description: Zoning Map (dataset 1 of 2, Zones)Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme - www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/mbrcplanningscheme/This dataset maps the Landuse Zones of the MBRC Planning Scheme. This dataset was created using the land parcels supplied from the Digital Cadastre Database (DCDB) as at June 2013 from the State of Queensland. The Zones were initially assigned from the Strategic Framework Place Types in 2012 then refined continuously throughout 2013 in several documented revisions. Many land parcels have been split where they have more than one zone or are in more than one precinct, this is documented in the attribute field 'PAR_SPLIT' where a value of 0 means the parcel is not split, a value of '1' indicates the parcel is split zoned or split across precincts.A copy of the Zones without Limited Development Zone (LDZ) must also be maintained for when updated Flood Modelling is done that will alter the extent of the Limited Development Zone.Limited Development Zone is based on Scenario 4 Flood Risk Mapping and has not been applied to all areas, some exceptions include:Not in Community Facility Zone with SEQ Water as owner on North Pine Dam and Sideling Creek Dam.Not in Open Space Zone where owned by MBRCNot in Extractive Industry ZoneNot in Caboolture West Local PlanIn the event of any Zone changes, both the Zones and the MAINT_Zones_NoLDZ must be updated, they must be maintained in synchronicity. In the event that the Limited Development Zone needs to be reapplied the MAINT_Zones_NoLDZ dataset gets used as the base and then replaces the Zones dataset once new LDZ is applied.Methodology to apply new LDZ - Link to be providedUpdates of the underlying DCDB used for Zone dataset will occur as needed and be documented in Metadata and also in attributes.Methodology to update underlying DCDB - Link to be providedend
